M3 Purchase Delivery Schedules enables you to transmit constantly updated material requirements to your suppliers with a minimum of administration.
M3 Purchase Delivery Schedules (PDS) simplifies the purchase process in repetitive delivery environments with close supplier relationships. Delivery schedules replace individual purchase orders and can be published or sent to suppliers with optional frequency. Change history is tracked through easily accessible schedule versions.
Supplier agreements reflect the agreed-upon terms and control not only the commercial conditions, but also the planning prerequisites such as frozen, preliminary and forecast time periods.
The actual requirements for replenishment are consolidated based on agreed-upon delivery frequency. Delivery schedules are subject to constant changes within the forecast time period and restricted changes are automatically made during the preliminary period. Manual adjustments are easily performed and always possible.
The degree of automation for the processing of delivery schedules can be freely defined, including full XML or EDI support for the exchange of business information. Constantly updated delivery schedules can also be published on the Internet for instant and easy access.
