M3 Learning Consultant for Lawson (EMEA)
Lawson Learning ensures that the learning needs of Lawson customers, partners and employees are met by providing quality learning experiences that blend instructor-led, e-Learning, information, and support solutions.
We are currently looking for an M3 Financials Learning Consultant for Europe.
Your mission
- Train our customers, partners and consultants through classroom and online training. Our instructors enjoy what they do and so do their participants, with typical satisfaction levels of 80%+.
- Add value to Lawson employees and our customer base by leading the development of high quality classroom and online training.
- Be the Global Curriculum Owner for M3 Financials, with opportunities to mentor others and liaise between Product Management, Product Development and Services.
- Work with exciting new tools such as the Lawson Learning Accelerator and our virtual training labs.
Your competence
We’re looking for a person with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and related industry experience with at least 1 or more years project experience of Lawson M3. Proficient in time management and interpersonal communication; PC literate and technical experience with desktop systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 or more years project and support experience of Lawson M3 Finance applications.
- Business level understanding of the relevant product area
- 1 or more years experience in software/classroom instruction and/or curriculum development and/or software consulting.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
Being a Learning Consultant is different. The role requires moderate but not excessive travel with targets that focus upon billable and internal training, advising course development and curriculum ownership, with opportunities to work with colleagues from around the world.
