This two-day course enables you to get the most out of the work order processing by using Lawson M3. Work order processing is the key to an effective work management system and can have a significant, direct impact on maintenance response, equipment uptime, delivery performance and product quality. Work Order Processing assists you in this process.

What Does This Course Cover?
This course aims to help you understand the concepts and processing of work orders in Lawson M3.

This course will demonstrate how to:
· Create planned work orders (work requests)
· Create breakdown requests and retrospective work orders
· Approve planned work orders
· Manage planned work orders / work orders
· Plan and reschedule
· Report operations and inspections
· Approve operations
· Manually approve services
· Re-open work orders
· Configure, generate and manage statistics.

Who Should Attend?
This course is recommended for end users who will work with Work Order Processing and have a previous industrial knowledge within the area.

To benefit from this course we recommend that you have a basic understanding of:
· Lawson M3 and how to navigate in it
· Business Process Design Tool (BPDT) and how to navigate in it.
