Warehouse Management – Kit Items
This one-day course will explain how Lawson M3 supports commercial bill of material, also known as kit items.
What Does This Course Cover?
By the end of this course you should understand:
· The need for commercial bill of materials (kit items)
· The difference between reservation levels (kit versus component)
· How the sales price of the kit item is composed
· How to capture the kit item in the sales statistics
· How to print the kit item on external documents like the customer invoice.
After this course, you are able to:
· Set up a kit item in different ways
· Check that the kit item or its components is available in stock
· Anticipate what the sales price of the kit item will be (depending on the pricing method).
· Go through the order fulfilment process using kit items.
Who Should Attend?
End users with at least 12 months of Lawson M3 experience.
Before you attend this course you should have attended the following courses or otherwise achieved the equivalent knowledge:
· Outbound Logistics – Dispatching Goods
· Inbound Logistics – Incoming Distribution Orders
· In-House Logistics
· Warehouse Management Introduction.
