SCP Introduction (e)
This one-day course introduces you to deal with more high-level and sophisticated planning, still handling a big number of resources, alternatives and constraints. Supply Chain Planner (SCP) is a powerful decision support tool for supply chain planning on the tactical and strategic levels. It improves your collaboration with partners in the supply chain, increases partner loyalty, reduces capital tied up in inventories, helps you make the necessary decisions on time, and improves your bottom line as well as that of your suppliers and customers.
