This half-day course gives an overview of the supply chain planning process by using Lawson M3. Supply Chain Management offers a powerful and unique method for supporting the planning, scheduling and fulfilment of the extended supply chain. Using Supply Chain Management increases visibility and improves material flow throughout the supply chain. At the same time, it frees up capital tied up in inventories and increases resource utilization, resulting in optimized service levels and maximized profitability

What Does This Course Cover?
This course aims to help you understand the planning process, which parts of it that fits your business, and how the planning on one level affects the other levels.

This course will demonstrate the planning process on a:
· Strategical level
· Tactical level
· Operational level.

Who Should Attend?
This course is recommended for everybody that in one way or another will work or be affected by planning on a strategic, tactical or operational level.

To benefit from this course we recommend that you have a basic understanding of:
· Lawson M3, especially supply chain execution, and how to navigate in it
· Business Process Design Tool (BPDT) and how to navigate in it.

You should also have the prerequisite knowledge covered in the following course:
· Supply Chain Management – Planning Concepts.
