This is a one-day Lawson Learning course which will help you to understand the Lawson M3 Sales Management area.

  • Demonstrate an understanding of the concepts and principles of corrective invoicing and credit card management in Lawson M3
  • Apply your conceptual understanding of corrective invoicing in order to create and process corrective invoices in Lawson M3
  • Apply your conceptual understanding of credit card management in order to define and follow the process steps for customer order entry in Lawson M3
  • Follow up and analyze the results obtained and gain an understanding of the process flows

What Does This Course Cover?
This course aims to teach you how to use the Lawson M3 functionality in the processes of corrective invoicing and credit card management. The course covers concepts and the M3 workflows. It also includes a demonstration of other news in the Sales Management area. At the end of the course you will take an assessment to check your understanding.

Who Should Attend?
This course is highly recommended for personnel responsible for sales and/or customer order processing. It is also suitable for personnel who want a better understanding of Lawson M3 Sales Management.

To fully benefit from this course, we recommend that you have:
  • Basic navigation skills in the Lawson M3 business engine
  • An understanding of the Sales Management business
  • Working knowledge of Lawson M3 Sales Management concepts and tasks
  • Successfully completed the Lawson M3 Sales Management Introduction or otherwise achieved the equivalent knowledge
