The objective of this course is to introduce participants to the customer order monitoring process and how it is supported by Lawson M3. By the end of the course, you should understand:
· The concept
· The process flow
· How this process relates to the customer order rescheduling process
· How to configure user-defined inquiry types
· How to monitor customer orders
· How to monitor customer invoices
· How to print different monitoring reports.
Who Should Attend?
This course is designed for people who work with order fulfillment and are new to this process in Sales Management or who require an overview/refresher.
To fully benefit from this course, we recommend that you have:
- A basic understanding of Lawson M3 and Business Process Design Tool (BPDT), and how to navigate in them
- Completed the course Customer Order Processing—Introduction.
This course is closely related to another course Customer Order Processing—Rescheduling. Apply for both courses at the same time, and take the rescheduling course first.
