Fixed Assets Introduction




What is a Fixed Asset? How are they used in practice? How does it work in Lawson M3? What about integration with Maintenance? Concept, overview and a series of cases. Functionality is considerably changed in version 12.

This one-day course aims to explain Fixed Assets, their use in business, and implications for an implementation.

What Does This Course Cover?
By the end of the course you should be able to understand:
· How companies manage Fixed Assets, and some of the issues that can occur
· The workflow in Lawson M3, together with implications, and recommendations

This course includes the following:
· The concept of Fixed Assets
· How Fixed Assets are managed in practice and some common business requirements
· The workflow in Lawson M3, demonstrated by a series of cases
· The final session reviews the practical use of Fixed Assets, implications, and recommendations.

Who Should Attend?
A basic understanding of financial management is a prerequisite for this course.

To be allowed to attend this course you should have taken the following courses or otherwise achieved the equivalent knowledge:
· Level 1(Introduction) Financial Management courses

To benefit from this course we recommend that you have:
· 3 months experience as Financial Business Consultant
· More than 12 months experience as other Business Consultant.
