Budgeting Advanced

What is a Budget? How is it used in practice? How does it work in Lawson M3? Concept, overview, and a series of cases.

This one-day course aims to explain financial budgeting, its use in business, and implications for a software implementation. This is achieved by referring to practical examples, and then illustrating them in Lawson M3. Reference is made to other material that documents the configuration, (e.g. Companion). The participants are expected to read this material, rather than the educator going through Lawson M3, parameter by parameter.
