APP/MSP Overview
Course Description:
APP/MSP Overview is a 1-day instructor-led course that provides learners with knowledge of the material and capacity planning process in Lawson M3 Advanced Production Planner (APP) and Multi Site Planner (MSP).
Lawson M3 APP is a decision support tool used for production planning and the scheduling of manufacturing orders at one single production site. It takes into account finite capacity constraints and material flow from raw materials to finished products.
Lawson M3 MSP handles a multisite environment and is used to plan and synchronizing the order flow throughout several production sites.
The course will give an overview of the basic principles of APP and MSP to give learners a better understanding of the business value that comes from using an advanced planning system.
