APP/MSP Introduction (e)
This is a three-day course, which will introduce you to the decision support tools Advanced Production Planner (APP) and Multi Site Planner (MSP).
APP is used for production planning and the scheduling of manufacturing orders that takes into account finite capacity constraints and material flow from raw materials to finished products. It increases your resource utilization and dramatically reduces inventory, work-in-process and lead times.
MSP is used to visualizing and synchronizing the order flow throughout the entire supply chain, from purchase orders to manufacturing orders and distribution orders, ensuring that you have the products available when and where you need them.
Both these tools improve customer satisfaction and your bottom line profitability.
