APP/MSP Implementation
This four-day course deals with how to implement Advanced Production Planner (APP) and Multi-Site Planner (MSP). The course includes creating a planning/scheduling process suitable for the customer as well as other implementation issues such as technical aspects and system configuration.
APP is used for production planning and the scheduling of manufacturing orders that takes into account finite capacity constraints and material flow from raw materials to finished products. It increases your resource utilization and dramatically reduces inventory, work-in-process and lead times.
MSP is used to visualizing and synchronizing the order flow throughout the entire supply chain, from purchase orders to manufacturing orders and distribution orders, ensuring that you have the products available when and where you need them.
Both these tools improve customer satisfaction and your bottom line profitability.
