Weapons-Free Workplace
Lawson is committed to providing a safe environment for all of its employees and visitors. Lawson is a "weapons-free" workplace and concealed and/or dangerous weapons are not allowed on Lawson property by anyone. This restriction applies to all Lawson locations.
Americas-based Lawson employees may obtain further information on Lawson’s “Employee Conduct Standards” and “Company Safety and Security” located on the employee portal under Employee Self-Service. Access ERG Policy 3.01 and 3.06, respectively, through the Handbook section. EMEA and APAC-based employees should refer to the applicable section of their employee handbook or contact their HR representative for more information.
